LeBas Appointed Safety Management Subcommittee Chairwoman |

AASHTO President Kirk Steudle announced this week that Sherri LeBas, secretary of the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development, has been selected to serve a term through the 2014 AASHTO Annual Meeting as chairwoman of the Standing Committee on Highway Traffic Safety's Subcommittee on Safety Management.
LeBas has also been appointed to serve as a member of the Standing Committee on Highway Traffic Safety. The committee encourages, recommends, and supports highway safety programs to reduce highway-related crashes with special emphasis on fatalities and serious injuries on all highway systems.
